专利说明:
In the direction of movement, the prestressing device is normally resilient, and in order to deal with irregularities of the ground surface in the direction of the cross beam, each individual row unit is often prestressed separately. US7540333 discloses a device in which a soil cultivating row unit is biased towards the ground by means of a coil spring which is arranged in a torsional configuration. When the torsion spring is loaded in rotation, it exerts a pressure on a separate depressing unit which transmits the force to a linkage system connected to the tillage unit. The coil spring and the pressure unit are arranged on a mounting bracket intended for this purpose, which in turn is arranged in connection with a further mounting bracket for mounting the row unit to a cross beam of an implement pulling agricultural machine. Other known prestressing devices for row units are, for example, those which use hydraulics and / or compression springs to provide prestressing force on links arranged between the soil cultivating tools and the cross beam to which the row unit is attached. A disadvantage of known biasing devices is that they contain relatively many parts and constitute relatively complicated and in some cases difficult-to-control solutions. Thus, there is a need for an alternative and / or improved biasing device for biasing a row unit toward the ground. Summary A general object is to provide a row unit with a biasing device which is easy to manufacture and which does not require many separate parts. The invention is defined by the appended independent claims. Embodiments appear from the dependent claims, from the following description and from the accompanying drawings. According to a first aspect, a row unit for fastening to a transverse beam of an agricultural implement is provided, which row unit comprises a tool part with at least one tillage part, and a biasing device for biasing the tool part towards the ground, the biasing device comprising a spring means arranged between a first abutment which is fixed relative to the cross-beam and a second abutment which is movable relative to the cross-beam, the spring means comprising a torsion bar whose main stretch is substantially parallel to the ground. "Attachment to a transverse beam" may mean detachable or fixed / permanent attachment of the row unit to the cross beam. "Transverse beam" refers to a connecting device that enables the row units to be fastened so that they move substantially parallel in the direction of movement of the agricultural machine. "Transverse beam" thus does not exclude a beam that has an angle different from 90 ° relative to the direction of travel. An "tillage part" may or may not be intended for engagement with the soil. The row unit can be intended for sowing. By "torsion bar" is meant a rod portion which, when rotated about its longitudinal direction, exerts an angular force or torque. "Substantially parallel to the ground" means a direction that is substantially horizontal in normal use. An advantage of this solution is that it involves a simple construction that allows effective resilient prestressing of the tool part relative to the ground without many separate parts. A substantially effective torsion portion of the torsion bar may be perpendicular to a major direction of travel of the row unit. A substantially effective torsion portion of the torsion bar may be substantially parallel to the crossbeam. "Mainly effective torsion section" means the stretch of the torsion bar which is intended to be rotated about its longitudinal axis to produce an angular force or torque. The main effective torsion portion of the torsion bar may comprise one, two, or more substantially parallel torsion portions. Between the substantially parallel torsion portions which extend substantially parallel to the ground, i.e. essentially horizontal, there is thus a "cover", ie. a curved portion between two substantially parallel portions. Alternatively, the curved part can be replaced by a separate part in which the respective torsion portion is attached and which acts as a lever. 10 15 20 25 30 4 This has the advantage that it provides a long suspension travel and a large torque, which enables stronger prestressing. At least one of the countertops can be adjustable. This has the advantage that it allows adjustable bias. The adjustable bracket may include a pin that is movable between predetermined positions. The torsion bar may comprise a lever for effecting a rotation of a torsion portion of the torsion bar about its longitudinal axis. This allows a simple device to cause rotation of the torsion bar about its longitudinal axis. The lever can be arranged for abutment against the adjustable counterweight. The lever can consist of a separate part. The lever can be constituted by an end portion of the torsion bar whose extension has an angle relative to the main effective torsion portion of the torsion bar. The end portion can be arranged for abutment against the adjustable counterweight. The lever can be substantially perpendicular to the main torsion portion of the torsion bar. The biasing device may further comprise a coupling frame which is intended to be fixed relative to the cross beam, and which comprises the first counter-bracket. The row unit may further comprise a linking device arranged for coupling between the cross beam and the tool part, the linking device extending substantially in the direction of movement of the row unit, and at which linking device the movable counter-plate is arranged. By "extends substantially in the direction of movement of the row unit" is meant that the link device extends between the row unit and the tool part which are located substantially one after the other in the direction of movement of the agricultural machine. This does not exclude that the linking device can move and / or rotate so that one or more portions thereof move upwards or downwards. The link device may comprise an upper link part and a lower link part, which are arranged to move parallel to each other. The movable counter bracket can be arranged at the lower link part. The coupling frame and / or the lowering device may comprise recesses, which may be designed for shape-related engagement with the torsion bar. This provides a stable construction. According to a second aspect, a seed drill comprising at least two row units as above is provided. The seed drill can be a precision seed drill. Brief Description of the Drawings Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of an agricultural implement which is intended to be towed behind an agricultural machine such as a tractor, comprising a cross beam at which the plurality of row units are mounted side by side. Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of a row unit according to Fig. 1. Fig. 3 shows a perspective view of a biasing device of the row unit in Fig. 2. Fig. 4 shows the biasing device of Fig. 3 from another angle. Fig. 5 shows a side view of the biasing device in Figs. 3 and 4. Description of embodiments Fig. 1 shows a number of row units 1 mounted side by side along a crossbeam 2 of an agricultural implement 20, here in the form of a precision seed drill, also called "planter", which is intended to be towed after an agricultural machine, such as a tractor, so that the portions of land over which the agricultural machine moves are worked along rows, or grooves, corresponding to the movement of the individual row units 1. The row units 1 are intended for sowing and comprise the plurality of tillage parts 21. Fig. 2 shows a row unit 1. The row unit 1 comprises a tool part 3 with a plurality of tillage parts 21 and a coupling frame 11 which is intended for fixed attachment of the row unit 1 to the cross beam 2. Recesses 40 are arranged on the coupling frame 11 for shape-fixing thereof to the cross beam link device 13 is arranged between the coupling frame 11 and the tool part 3. The link device 13 comprises an upper link part 14 and a lower link part 15 which at their respective rear end are fastened in the coupling frame 11, and at their respective front end are fastened in 10 15 20 25 30 6 the tool part 3. The upper link part 14 and the lower link part 15 are arranged to move parallel to each other. A biasing device 4 is arranged for biasing the tool part 3 towards the ground. Figures 3 and 4 show the biasing device 4 in Fig. 2, and Fig. 5 shows a side view thereof. The biasing device 4 comprises a torsion bar 8 arranged between a first abutment 6 which is intended to be fixed relative to the crossbeam 2, and a second abutment 7 which is movable relative to the crossbeam 2. The fixed abutment 6 is integrated with the coupling frame 11, and the movable abutment 7 is arranged at the lower link part 15. The torsion bar 8 has its main stretch substantially parallel to the ground, and in this case substantially parallel to the crossbeam 2, and comprises two substantially parallel torsion portions 9. The torsion bar 8 also comprises two covers 51, 52 and an end portion 10 which forms a lever for rotating the torsion portions 9 about its longitudinal axis. The end portion 10 is substantially perpendicular to the torsion portions 9 and extends substantially in the direction of travel, along the lower link portion 15. The end portion 10 is arranged for abutment against the movable abutment 7. The movable abutment 7 is adjustable and comprises a pin 16 which is movable between predetermined positions in the form of heel recesses 17. The lower link part 15 comprises a recess 12a preformed engagement with the torsion bar 8. The coupling frame 11 also comprises recesses 12b, 12c for shape-engaged engagement with the torsion bar 8. When the agricultural implement 20 is towed after an agricultural machine, the individual row units move side by side in the direction of movement of the agricultural machine, and provide for sowing of seeds along their respective rows, or furrows, in the soil. Since each of the row units 1 has a separate biasing device 4, they can move in height independently of each other, and thus handle any irregularities in the ground across the direction of travel. The biasing device 4 of the respective row unit 1 provides prestressing of the tool part 3 of the row unit 1 to the ground so that the soil-working parts 21, such as for example pressure wheels and seat plates, are brought into engagement with the soil in a suitable manner. The two mutually substantially parallel torsion portions 9 here provide a sufficiently long suspension path and a sufficient torque for good prestressing. The movable abutment 7 is adjustable in that the pin 16 is movable between different positions 17. The higher position 17 is chosen, the greater the rotation of the end portion 10 and thus the biasing force of the torsion bar 8 and its torsion portions 9. In one embodiment, the stretch of the crossbeam 2 is not perpendicular to the direction of movement. The cross beam 2 can, for example, have an angle different from 90 ° relative to the direction of travel so that the row units 1 attached thereto are not in a straight line across the direction of movement. In one embodiment, the agricultural implement 20 is located in front of or next to an agricultural machine. Mounting brackets can be attached to the beam in a suitable way. The attachment may be intended to be permanent or removable. In one embodiment, the cross beam 2 forms an integral part with one or more mounting brackets for individual row units 1. The coupling frame 11 can form an integral part with a mounting device for attaching the row unit to the cross beam 2. The coupling frame 11 can be integrated with the cross beam 2. The link device 13 may comprise one, two, or several link parts, which may be arranged to move substantially parallel. The respective link parts 14 and / or 15 may comprise one, two or more parts extending between the crossbeam 2 and the tool part 3. The respective link part 14 and / or 15 can be attached to one, two or more points at the coupling frame 11 and / or the tool part 3. In one embodiment, the biasing device 4 is arranged at the upper link part 14. In one embodiment, the link device 13 comprises only one link part. In one embodiment, the tool part 3 is connected directly to the cross beam 2. The abutments 6, 7 may be integral parts with the parts to which they are attached. The movable abutment 7 can be arranged at the upper link part 14. The fixed abutment 6 can be adjustable. In one embodiment, both the fixed abutment 6 and the movable abutment 7 are adjustable. The predetermined positions 17 between which the pin 16 is movable can be arranged as holes, inlets, protruding parts, or of other suitable construction. The stretch of the torsion bar 8 may comprise one, two, or more substantially parallel torsion portions 9. The number of substantially parallel torsion portions may be selected to achieve the desired suspension path. The torsion bar may have the desired cross-section, for example a square cross-section (square or rectangular), or a round cross-section (circular or oval). Furthermore, the torsion bar can be homogeneous or tubular. It is also possible to provide a torsion bar which is made up of slats. In one embodiment, the lever 10 abutting a movable abutment is not perpendicular to the elongation of a torsion portion. In one embodiment, the lever 10 consists of a separate part arranged between the torsion bar and an abutment. The separate part may be arranged to constitute a lever for rotating one or more torsion portions. In a further embodiment, two or more substantially parallel torsion portions are interconnected by a separate link part, which acts as a lever for transmitting torque from one torsion portion to the next torsion portion. A square cross-section of the torsion bar can simplify the arrangement of a separate lever between a torsion portion of the torsion bar and a fixed or movable abutment.
